If you are considering an AI sales agent for cold calling, ours work differently: they never cold-call or make phone calls. Lead Finder handles outbound lead generation and starts in draft-for-approval mode, so your team approves first.

What does AI SDR mean?

What does the managed service include?

We build a team of AI sales agents around your people (typically a Lead Finder, a Researcher and an Inbox Concierge), connect them to your systems, and manage, tune and review them every month. AI strategy and coaching for your leaders and their teams is built in.

How is the managed service priced?

AI Agents as a Service (AaaS): we build, run and improve your agents for one fixed monthly fee, agreed before we start. Upgrades are included. AI Starter Kits: a one-off payment from £99. The agent is yours to keep. No monthly fee.

Why not just build our own agents with ChatGPT or Claude?

You can. But a good agent is like a new member of staff: it takes time to train. Ours are already proven in our own businesses every day, then fitted to the way you work and managed monthly, with coaching so your people get the most from them.

Will the agents work with our CRM and inbox?

We connect agents to the tools you already use, such as your CRM, inbox and calendar, and confirm exactly what will connect on the first call. Nothing is sent without a person approving it unless you choose otherwise.

Do I need to be technical?

You don't need to be. If you can copy and paste and follow a recipe, you can set up a kit. If you'd rather not, the Owner's Kit includes a setup call.

What does "own it" mean?

You buy a permanent licence to use the kit in your own business, change it as you wish, and keep it running for as long as you like. You can't resell or redistribute it.

What will it cost to run?

Each kit lists the tools it uses. Most run on free tiers or plans costing roughly £10–£30 per month in total. We never take a cut.

Will it send things without me knowing?

Not unless you choose that. Every kit ships in "draft for approval" mode, so a person checks anything that leaves your business.

Is my data safe?

Your data stays in your own accounts. We never see your inbox, files or customers. The kits connect your tools to each other, not to us.

Can I get a refund?

Because kits are delivered instantly as downloads, the usual 14-day cancellation right ends once you download. If a kit doesn't work as described, tell us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Terms of sale

Who we are. Selective Sales Agents is a trading name of Selective Search Recruitment Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 05428136, registered office 144 Mackie Avenue, Brighton, BN1 8SB. VAT number GB 864 7713 89.
The contract. A contract forms when your payment is taken and we email your order confirmation. Prices are in pounds sterling.
What you buy. Each kit is digital content: instructions, a workflow file, a setup guide and the support period stated on the kit. Kits are starting points designed to be adapted, not finished bespoke software.
Delivery. Download links are emailed immediately after payment and stay active for 12 months. Re-downloads on request.
Third-party tools. Kits run on tools such as Claude, Make, Google Workspace and Apollo. You need your own accounts with those providers and you accept their terms and fees. We aren't responsible for changes they make, but we'll update affected kits free of charge for 12 months.
Liability. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Licence

On full payment we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, copy and modify the kit for the internal purposes of one business (including its group companies). You may not resell, sublicense, publish or share the kit, or use it to build a competing product. We keep ownership of the original kit; you own the outputs your agent produces and any changes you make.

Cancellations and refunds

Business buyers: sales are final once the download link is issued, save for the guarantee below.

Consumers: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel. At checkout you ask us to supply the kit immediately and acknowledge that this right ends once supply begins.

Our guarantee: if a kit doesn't do what its description says, tell us within 30 days. We'll fix it, swap it for another kit, or refund you in full.

Using AI responsibly

AI agents can make mistakes. Kits are set to "draft for approval" by default and a person in your business should review anything an agent sends, publishes or decides. You are responsible for how you use the agent, including compliance with data protection, marketing (PECR) and any rules that apply to your industry. Kits do not give legal, financial, medical or regulated advice.

Privacy notice

Selective Search Recruitment Ltd is the controller of the personal data you give us when you buy. We collect your name, business name, email address and order details to fulfil your order, provide support, keep accounts (retained 6 years for tax) and, if you opt in, send occasional product news. Payments are processed by Revolut; we never see or store your card details. We don't sell your data. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing info@selectivesearch.co.uk, and complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. Full details are in our privacy policy.
